Please arrive on time to your appointment. Five to ten minute delays can usually be accommodated preferably with notice. If you are running more than fifteen minutes behind, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and it will be treated as a cancellation.
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment through the email and/or text reminders up to twenty four hours in advance. Without twenty four hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged fifty percent of the services booked on the credit card information you provided at the time of reserving the appointment.
Due to the artistic nature of my work, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your cut or color, please let me know within five days of the service and I would be happy to do any changes within reason to accommodate you such as a toner to alter color or re-cut if length or layers are not as you prefer. If you have a change of heart and want a completely different look, it will be treated as a new service and charges apply. I may refuse services if I don't feel confident in the strength of your hair or achieving the outcome you desire. My goal is always to deliver beautiful color while preserving the health of your hair.
If you have purchased a product and don't care for it, I will happily take it back and give you a fifty percent refund. I believe in the products I sell and hope we can pick the best ones for your home care. Sadly I cannot resell used products but will gladly use them in the salon.
If possible, please schedule your next appointment immediately following your appointment to ensure availability. I tend to book two to three weeks in advance and would hate to miss the opportunity to see you.
